The glacier bear or blue bear gets its name from the mixture of blonde, silver-blue and grey highlights which give the bear an overall blue coloration and appearance. The artist that created this masterpiece spared no details in creating this unique and life-like piece. Through masterful artistic talent, the artist was able to capture a curious, almost inquisitive expression on the bear.  Coupled with the masterful artistry, this bear has been attached to a beautiful custom rock wall base that perfectly matches the mountains of Southeast Alaska where this bear roams.
